Authetication impossible

Hi

This happens 

1 EN initial screen is up

2 account name entry screen is up

3 Password entry screen is up

4 code entering screen is up. Code is sent to email

5 opening email and copy code

6 via recent apps back to EN. That shows the initial screen. So back to 2, 3 and 4 and entering the code. Code is wrong because another code was sent.
