This is occurring on three different platforms, all different devices on different networks. Currently it is not possible to add a new task. I enter the task and press the right arrov button on Android or the Create Task button on the web or on the Windows app, and nothing happens. This has been the case for the last few hours. It seems that there must be a server issue.

UPDATE -- it's working again now.
