How about looking at the YYYYMMDD Date + Time options once again?

What with the updates & fixes coming almost everyday now,  is it possible to tweak the Insert menu Current Date and Current Time buttons in Android [+] and Windows [/} so that the output from these buttons can be provided in formats other than the following? 

Preferably offering YYYYMMDD or YYYY-MM-DD 23:59 so that Notebooks with Notes having a time stamped TITLE can be sorted in Date Time order?

22 August 2024 13:46          per Windows (with short date format set to YYYY-MM-DD and region = Canada)

August 22, 2024  1:46pm     per Android (with 24 hour time set as system format)
 

I have thought that I may have to set my Region in Windows to be Europe or UK to have access to this YYYY-MM-DD format.  Would that work or would it mess up other time related criteria pertinent to my location being in North America?

As for my phone, I have scrutinized the Android 13 options and found nothing like "Region" in Windows or any where that I can specify system data to be in the YYYYMMDD form factor.
