Improvements to "Shared with me"

1. In the "Shared with me" section, I see notes that are no longer shared with me. They should be removed from the list as soon as they are un-shared with me. 

2. Users should be able to remove themselves from the notes shared with them. (Once a user leaves a shared note, that note should also vanish from their "Share with me" section.)

I recently accessed the "Shared with Me" section, and I can see notebooks I left years ago that are still there. When I click on some of them, I still see the content, so I leave the notebook again, but it stays. I've opened a support ticket to see what they can do.
