Subscription problems as well as export problems. No one available to talk to....

Hello. My yearly personal subscription was due to renew 9/21. I went online to figure out a lower price point as the annual costs doubled in last couple of years. I have years of saved data that I am trying to preserve and export over time.  The PDF export was not at all useful as it didn't include html content that was pasted into notes.  I would like to chat with a real live person to figure out my best strategy here.  How do I reach a person for an online chat or a phone call. I am so disappointed with evernote at this time. Thank you.

ENEX: Exports notes with all content, used for future import into EN or another notes app.

HTML: Exports to a format that can be read by all browsers, without a notes app.

You can’t talk or chat with anybody at EN.
