074 - Sort Notes by Title identical on all clients (numerical with special order of non-alpha characters) (Ticket #3962362)

Problem Description

• Some apps (like Legacy in the past) use numeric searches by extracting numeric digits from start of a string, change them internally to numeric values, sorted the strings by using these values...
• EN10-Web and some other clients do not support this intelligent method (in spite of having some other AI techniques implemented...). They sort the strings without regard to leading numerical values

Expected behaviour

• Sort order should not depend on used clients
• All clients should use the more intelligent numeric search

• non so far (you have to use Win-App😉)

Thousands and thousands of notes are now completely messed up. Evernote hardly usable to me because of that (I rely a lot on notes order). Evernote team, please, you really CAN'T change the order every now and then! Hope the previous order will come back with the next update.
