LW715 0 Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 I am moving from a Team account to a personal account and purchased a yearly but only want a monthly account. I just did this on Aug 12 2024 and have been trying to change this since. I only get a Bot response about how I can change for the next billing which is in 1 year. I do not want to wait a year. How can I change this now. I tried to change this right away. I do not want a automated bot response. What can I do? Link to comment

Gary1 0 Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 Regarding the robot reply--that may be all you get because they will not respond to voicemail and they will not respond to email and they will not respond to snail mail. I tried through April and May of this year and never heard from them. I've been with them since about 2013. Link to comment
