Wesleymichael1988 3
Hello! I user Evernote for work. I've got an account setup and pay for the personal version so I can use multiple devices, due to the nature of my job. I prefer to have a laptop connection in my work vehicle using an internet connection I carry with me. Normally, I only use my desktop at home and my laptop in the vehicle for my connections. I have the iOS version on my phone and it does alright, but I prefer a windows interface and a keyboard. Just Friday (8/9/2024), Evernote crashed on me on my laptop(Windows 11) while I was working. I ended the task, as it tends to stick behind when that happens, and restarted the application. It ended up coming to the log-in with the "Bending Spoons" logo at the bottom and the moving graphics as it loaded. I went in to do some work at a call location and let it load. Half an hour went by and it was still on this log-in screen. I decide to try the web browser version, attempt to log-in, go to another call. Similar amount of time, same result. I go to the house that evening to check my desktop version. It's still logging in just fine and I can access my notes. Fine, I'll just use my phone for a while mobile-ly. It's working still but I do NOT prefer using this version. I try to log-in using the web browser on my desktop, same issue as on my laptop. Yet the application on my desktop works? Confusing. I'm just wondering if ANYONE has had this same issue and found a resolution for it? I'm seeing a lot of similar issues from different mobile devices and the web browser log-in, but not much recently for the Windows 11 application. I appreciate any and all help you guys can give me. Thank you! Link to comment

Wesleymichael1988 3
Thanks for the reply! I did end up solving my issue earlier today. I ended up using Revo to remove all related files off of my laptop and a fresh re-install after that had me going. I feel silly for not trying that first, as I assumed I removed everything myself manually. This issue was resolved, thankfully! 3 Link to comment
