i need to renew my account but there is problem in login with two step authentication how can i renew my account

i have premium professional account with evernote but due to some problem i am not able to login and the expiry date has already arrived how can i continue my account and how can i pay it without login.   my premium account is with another email. 

please help me to give me a way to renew my account.

If you have a problem with 2FA, you need your user data (email & password) for the first part of the login.

Now use one of the 10 emergency codes you received when starting the 2FA authentication.

You were asked to safely store them (best printed on paper, and tucked away) when erecting 2FA.
