I need help

I have Evernote connected to my phone and that is all. It has locked me out telling me that I need to unsync a device. It say s…‘siPhone  and S…’siphone with the only difference being a capital letter. The problem is I only have one phone and I have tried using a web browser on my laptop to access my account but it is blocking me. I do not want to be without my notes as I am in the process of several important projects and if I unsync the wrong one I have read that I will be without those notes for a month. It is giving me the option to upgrade but I would like to resolve this because there is no need to upgrade as I only have one device. Thanks for your help.

Hi.  Not a great idea to have your notes in a free service.  Unsyncing a device will not lose your notes,  just access from that particular device.  I'd suggest you go through the process,  but either consider subscribing or use another service.
