Tasks have disappeared

Hi just opened the app today and they is a new task window. All my tasks have disappeared. Any help gratefully received

The task window on my Android device has been much the same for the last several months. Nothing changed with this week's release.

Can you tell us which version of the app you have?

You can also check the Trash to see if the tasks note has accidently been moved to trash. Finally check the web browser application and see if the tasks have disappeared from there too.

I'm on 10.100.3 on the desktop.  The tasks window just changed this weekend for me on windows and android too.  I'vew found the note in trash though - many thanks - i think I deleted it by mistake when the daily reminder feature started and I didn't want it!  Thanks again Geoff

I am having the same problem. My desktop app is the most current version, everything else is synched properly, but ALL my tasks have completely disappeared everywhere. I logged into the web version, my phone, my iPad: tasks have disappeared from everywhere. This is catastrophic. Please help me. I have asked for tech support but they've just sent me an idiotic auto reply telling me to restart my computer, as if I hadn't already thought to do that.

Same problem. installed a windows version of the app and now all my tasks are gone everywhere.

Including on the web client?  If yes, then your likely only way to get them back is with support.  On the desktop or mobile client but not the web client?  Then syncing your database with an uninstall / reinstall may take care of it.  But on mobile and web, I would try a sign out and sign in first.
