richiemap 3
Running Evernote Premium (iOS 13.6.7) on an iMac: I've been trying to export a notebook (tried several times) and keep getting the message "Failed to delete tag" which prevents the export. [Can't get a screenshot of the message because it only stays for a couple of seconds - if I click on any key it immediately goes away) Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,724 Posted August 9 Level 5 Share Posted August 9 You can’t run iOS 13.6.7 on a Mac. First the Mac is running MacOS, and second iOS 13 would be pretty out of date (we are currently waiting for iOS 18 to be released). What you mean is MacOS 13.6, which is outdated by appr. 1 year (even when still maintained). The problem you describe is usually related to a corrupted one. Either you find that note, or you need to wipe the local database. Use AppCleaner for this, the Mac uninstaller will not remove the database. Link to comment
