Evernote became unusable

I’m long time free user. One device - ok. Too many notes - ok. But to block me from getting to my data on any device because I reached a limit of 2 disconnections per month? And only because export is only available on desktop app but not on mobile app or web version?! All I want is to export my stuff and get out.

Hi.  Device limits and disconnections have been around for a while,  but things have changed recently - see https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/32039082181139-Device-limits-in-Evernote-Free-August-2024 

If you have been blocked you have to wait until it expires or subscribe for at least one month to get immediate access.
