Moving notes to different folders - error message both when click and drag and when selecting destination

This has been an issue for several weeks. The only solution is to open a new note in destination folder and copy and paste content into the new note. I tried making a duplicate copy and moving it instead, but it too got the red banner with the error message. I have the latest version of Evernote and update whenever I get notifications.
