Always get "Error during Transcription" when using "Transcribe" for audio notes

From reading elsewhere, the new(ish) transcribe option for Audio Notes seems to be working for other people. However, it always fails for me with an error message of "Error during transcription". I can replay the audio successfully, just not transcribe it.

Using Evernote Android Version 10.99.0

(I have also tried it on Windows, Evernote 10.99.3, and get the same error message).

Anyone any suggestions ?

same for me. it did work splendidly for a while I must say, but these last couple of days I am having a hard time transcribing (precious) audio notes, which forces me to find workarounds and waste (precious) time. if this function keeps letting me down I will start wondering again whether the new pricy subscription is worth the money. mmmm

Finally - all the AI features appear to be working for me. At various stages over the past month AI Search, Audio Transcription and Image Text Transcription started working.

I hope there are no further glitches with this - as when they work, they work very well.
