Automatic Conversion of Characters on Copy/Paste?

Evernote 10.94.3 on macOS 14.5

I prefer fractions to be styled this way: ½

Unfortunately a lot of places I copy/paste from style them this way: 1/2

I go in and manually fix each one myself. There has to be a better way. Is there a way to set up my Evernote so it automatically converts characters I copy/paste in the style I want?

I don't think there is. On Windows you can hold down the ALT key and type 0189 which gives you a ½.

Pretty sure Mac would have an equivalent.
