PDM67 0
I have just migrated from an old desktop mac to a new mac mini. The old desktop was running a very old OS and as a result of updates Evernote wasn't working properly. I was hoping that migrating to a new mac would fix the problem but I am unable to download the app from the App store. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also downloading from the web version. Neither works, the web version looks out of date and keep crashing. Does anyone have some suggestions as to how to address this? Thanks in advance. Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,807 Posted July 23 Level 5 Share Posted July 23 In the web you need to make sure in account settings that v10 Web + is enabled. There are 2 checkboxes to be clicked, one on the first and one on the second page of account information. If you have a new Mac mini, it should be on Sonoma. The App is readily available from the AppStore, or the EN website. If you migrated, it may be you need to uninstall the old EN client first. Use the app AppCleaner to remove all traces of it. You need to make sure everything is synced with the server before you run this uninstall. What’s on the server is safe - but everything only local will be purged. Link to comment
PDM67 0
Thank you. I’ve uninstalled and the appcleaner seems to have made the difference. Now seems to be working. V frustrating. Prob user error!! Link to comment
