KTW 2 Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Cannot log in to Evernote from Samsung S22 using Evernote app. After finding my username, no request for password and screen is blank. App stopped working about 7 days ago. Removing and Reinstalling app does not work. 1
scifidi 0 Posted July 20 Posted July 20 Help! Same issue here with my Samsung S23 Ultra. When I log in with email and password, I can't input authenticator code because I'm kicked back to login page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still doesn't work. Sent two support requests and no reply. Is there an issue with Android phones? I've used Evernote for years and now I'm stuck without phone access.
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,078 Posted July 20 Evernote Expert Posted July 20 @scifidi It seems your issue isn't the same as the OP other than it affects a Samsung device. FWIW, this issue logging in with 2FA is particularly infuriating. My process is: Open the authenticator app and note the unlock code in the instant it refreshes. You now have 90s to login. Immediately switch to Evernote and begin the login. If you are quick in the process you will be able to complete the login within 90s. Another option would be to use one of the emergency 2FA codes which don't time out. 1
BrianGorsky 1 Posted July 20 Posted July 20 I'm having the 2FA issue as well. Very frustrating! Anyone know if Evernote has been made aware?

BrianGorsky 1 Posted July 20 Posted July 20 @agsteele I have not but I will. Since this was my first visit to the Evernote forum I figured I would check first. Do they post a known issues list that you're aware of?
KTW 2 Posted July 20 Author Posted July 20 I have reported as bug and Evernote has responded and logged it

It's always a good idea to raise a ticket even if others have already done so. The initial responses invite further replies so be sure to follow up. There is no public known issues list. 1
