KerriM 0
Currently Mac OS Sonoma 14.5. Evernote 10.94.3, though it's been going on past several updates of each. I cannot get Evernote to NOT launch at startup. I have all of the following options set: Evernote app Preferences: Open Evernote at Startup: unchecked Sonoma System Preferences > Login Items: No Evernote present present Sonoma > Library > LaunchAgents > No Evernote reference present Sonomoa > Shutdown: Reopen windows when logging back in: unchecked Yet, every time I restart my computer, Evernote launches with a window open. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,829 Posted July 19 Level 5 Share Posted July 19 The current version is 10.97.3. Update, then check again. If it still happens, uninstall using the app AppCleaner. Restart the Mac, reinstall. Link to comment
KerriM 0
Updated to 10.98.3-mac-mas-public (20240725174632) Still did it. Uninstalled, reinstalled with AppCleaner, went back into the settings, unchecked "Open Evernote at Startup". It's still doing it. Link to comment

I received an autoresponse directing me to respond with specific details, which I did. I then received an autresponse explaining someone will get back to me within three business days. Then, after over seven business days nobody got back to me, so I replied again asking for a response, and to that, I received an autoresponse stating, "We'll reach out to you directly ONLY if we need any additional information. Otherwise, we won't be following up in this thread directly—rest assured, we're diligently investigating the issue and prioritizing it accordingly." In other words, they don't intend on ever getting back to me on my support request. Absolutely disappointing support from a service I've been a paying customer of for over a decade. Meanwhile, the problem persists… Link to comment
