Evernote PDF export failures and deficiencies

Being able to export notes as pdf files is important to me. However, it can be difficult to remember and keep track of which functions/formatting/etc work and which don't - i.e. which features you need to avoid using in the notes, as they don't work for pdf export. So I'm trying to construct a test note that I can use every time a new Evernote update comes out. Here's something to start with.
