Evernote export notebook / links to notes

Hello all,
I'm using evernote as a research database for my genealogy customers.
For each customer I created their own notebook. I don't want to share the notebook, but would like to create one pdf which includes all the notes.

Creating the pdf is no problem. This works very well.

But there is one problem. After exporting, the links between the notes in the PDF don't work. They direct you to evernote again.
Is it possible to change that? So clicking a link will direct you to the correct page (note) within the pdf.

Something else that could make this a lot nicer would be if you could add headers and footers to your exported PDF's.

Links to external sources like websites will work.

Links between notes will stop working. Links point to the UUID (unique identifier) of the notes. This is broken by exporting, because a) there is no server any more that knows them b) exported notes on import are treated as new notes, receiving their own UUID.

OK, this is because they're external within EN - no change necessary.

But this is because EN does not convert internal links (to other notes that are part of the export) to PDF-internal links. PDF format forsees such a possibility and we users (@Eugene Dubois😉) should place a feature request to EN-Support...

🤔There's no server necessary to display PDFs and it's not necessary to import PDFs back to notes' format.

Everything correct as a perspective. In the here and now PDF export is more or less basic (close to broken) since 4 years now.

I wouldn’t build any relevant structure on links, for the reasons I mentioned above.

Maybe BS attention moves one day from adding fancy stuff to fix what doesn’t work. We all have our dreams ️ …
