ESP_Time 0 Posted July 16 Posted July 16 I have a free account. I have one notebook, only 20 notes, and am trying to create a new note. Every time I do, I get an error saying I am over the limit of the free account settings of 1 notebook and 50 notes. I will have to upgrade in order to create anything new. Nothing works! I have seen the inquiries online for this and tried to fix it. I can't find a recycle bin to empty. I don't have any extra notebooks out there snagging it up. I don't need an upgraded account. What do I do?? This is a huge defect, or a seriously bad way to get people to pay for services!!
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,998 Posted July 17 Level 5 Posted July 17 Notes in the trash count against the limit as well. Check if there are trashed notes. If yes, empty the trash. In general Free is a trial, not build for sustained use.
