Got new phone, lost access to account

I Have performed all the required steps and instructions yet I am still unable to access my paid account. I have tried many times to reset my password with no luck. The Evernote support team keeps sending me the same note over and over again with no help. I am paying good money and have not had access for about a week. All my client info is in there.  

PLEASE HELP!
