abluegirl 1 Posted July 12 Posted July 12 Hi all, After the last update the vast majority of my notes are missing when I open Evernote on my Android device. All the notes are still present when I use the desktop app or the web interface. I use Evernote on my phone a lot, and missing content is quite distressing to me. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any ideas on how I can correct it? Thank you! Edit: logging out and back in again corrected the problem. I have to say that this shouldn't have happened in the first place. I've never encountered such a serious bug before. I'm not pleased. 1

Yes, Logging out and back in appeared to correct the problem... but the next time it opened it said it had to run an "optimization process". that process got stuck on 93% and never completed. Since then at best, only 3 of several hundred of my notebooks are showing up. And only a few of the notes within the notebooks are there. I've sent a detailed report to them. There response was to hold tight while they debug the program and read the latest release notes that can be accessed via this webpage 1
