Personal and Professional account images and attachments security

Hi all,
I wasn't able to find a recent topic about this, so here it goes:
Does anyone knows if there's any difference between Personal and Professional account in terms of images and attachments security in the notes?

I have been using other apps for a while, and thinking about using Evernote as main app again because I don't like how other apps have images + attachments secure through obscurity. And my issue is anyone with the link can always find/open + after a note or content is deleted, take hours, days or more until it's really gone. I don't know how some companies use these tools, I guess they don't care or they get extra security that uses other approaches).

From my testing it seems Evernote operates differently and asks for login/password for access to images or attachments direct links. This feels like a plus for me, seems at leasts there's an extra level of security.
Am I right to assume Evernote is a bit more secure in this area? Or I'm completely clueless here 😄

ps. No, I'm not thinking about uploading stuff like passwords or passport pics etc ahah

Your notes are yours. And all content is inside of the notes, there is no free floating content.

If you share a note, you give the recipient of the share access to it. You define the level of sharing, and the access to the share. Revoke the sharing, and the access is taken away - immediately.

There is basically no difference between the account types, except that on Teams, the access is controlled by the Teams account admin.

Thank you, that’s great to know.
The other tool allows to revoke access of the note but keeping the attachments still accessible really bugs me.

I don’t know how these ‘details’ are often forgotten or people don’t care much.

Thank you

A note is like a website: Everything inside of a note depends of having access to the note itself.

One thing nobody can change: As long as somebody HAS legitimate access, he can copy anything from the note, and save it on his machine. This can't be prevented, when a note is shared.
