Rashid Kotwal 2 Posted July 12 Posted July 12 I'm using 10.96.1 - galaxy - Android 14. I can't seem to get any of the widgets EXCEPT the scratch pad to show up on the home screen. If I click on the menu/my widgets - I can see them. I'm sure this wasn't the case before? I have a professional sub. Rashid.
Level 5 PinkElephant 9,003 Posted July 12 Level 5 Posted July 12 This is the case since at least 10 release cycles - you seem to use the app quite seldom. If you open your account setting (tap on the avatar top left), you can now choose Widgets from the first menu. But this will only work once, you need it every time again when opening the app. If you continue to settings from the same menu, and then go to the Navigation tab, you can choose other options as start screen, like notes or tasks. You can’t select the widgets view, however. The reason behind this was that loading the widgets screen uses a lot of system resources and tends to load slowly, so it was removed as a startup screen.
Solution Rashid Kotwal 2 Posted July 14 Author Solution Posted July 14 Ah. You're right. I don't use the phone app very much. Most of my work is done on the web version. Thanks for pointing this out. Appreciate it.
