SERIOUS BUG in Android update for smartphone from today - DO NOT UPDATE!

There's a new feature in the update, saying that there is a new pop-up menu by clicking the profile pic!

But when you click on the profile pic, only a fly out line with a shadow is seen, nothing else happens!

And the worst:

Clicking on profile pic normally leads you to Evernote's settings!

Now you can't even call these settings!

Unfortunately I've already updated this: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with Android 14.

Logout and restarting the device hadn't helped, even a de- and reinstall not!!!

I won't update my Android tablet!

Try it in the "Erstellen" tab ...

It works in every tab except "Notes".

No, it doesn't work anywhere when I click on the profile pic

My experience is the same as @ChristianJB. Works exactly as expected except in the Notes tab.

I'm told that a fix for the pop up not working on the Notes menu is released already.

I cannot log in from my Android phone, Samsung S22.  I get only a blank screen when I enter my user name.

Evernote support is non existent.  Submitting a Request only leads to responses that are auto generated and not helpful.  If no mobile support, I will abandon Evernote.

This has nothing to do with my mentioned issue! Open a support ticket.

I did.  Three times.  No response. Sorry if you are irritated for some reason.

This is a user for users forum. And please open your own thread, it has nothing to do with my issue here.

I'm having the same problem as the app just stays stuck loading and will not open. No matter what I have done to try to fix it including clearing the cache, doing a force stop, clearing the storage, uninstalling it and  reinstalling it. For about the last two weeks now I have not been able to use it. Paying $130 a year for app that does not work is very frustrating. I was hoping this most recent app update would fix it but it has not. I use an Android Galaxy 7 Pro. It is stuck on this loading screen nearly all, day everyday. It might work briefly if I uninstall it and then reinstall it, but then the problem starts right back up when it says it has to optimize the app. I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago but have not heard back as well.
