BEHA 73 Posted July 11 Posted July 11 SERIOUS BUG in Android update for smartphone from today - DO NOT UPDATE! There's a new feature in the update, saying that there is a new pop-up menu by clicking the profile pic! But when you click on the profile pic, only a fly out line with a shadow is seen, nothing else happens! And the worst: Clicking on profile pic normally leads you to Evernote's settings! Now you can't even call these settings! Unfortunately I've already updated this: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with Android 14. Logout and restarting the device hadn't helped, even a de- and reinstall not!!! I won't update my Android tablet! 1
dschmid 4 Posted July 11 Posted July 11 I'm having serious issues w/ the Android app despite doing a full uninstall / reinstall. The app simply won't load and stalls 4 1

BEHA 73 Posted July 11 Author Posted July 11 No, it doesn't work anywhere when I click on the profile pic
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,074 Posted July 11 Evernote Expert Posted July 11 My experience is the same as @ChristianJB. Works exactly as expected except in the Notes tab. 1
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,074 Posted July 11 Evernote Expert Posted July 11 I'm told that a fix for the pop up not working on the Notes menu is released already. 1 1
MIKE524 0 Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Evernote updated this morning at 05:58 and now stays blocked on this screen
KTW 2 Posted July 18 Posted July 18 I cannot log in from my Android phone, Samsung S22. I get only a blank screen when I enter my user name. Evernote support is non existent. Submitting a Request only leads to responses that are auto generated and not helpful. If no mobile support, I will abandon Evernote. 1 1
Solution BEHA 73 Posted July 19 Author Solution Posted July 19 My mentioned bug is resolved with the latest v10.97.0 👍🏻

Safieman17 7 Posted July 25 Posted July 25 I'm having the same problem as the app just stays stuck loading and will not open. No matter what I have done to try to fix it including clearing the cache, doing a force stop, clearing the storage, uninstalling it and reinstalling it. For about the last two weeks now I have not been able to use it. Paying $130 a year for app that does not work is very frustrating. I was hoping this most recent app update would fix it but it has not. I use an Android Galaxy 7 Pro. It is stuck on this loading screen nearly all, day everyday. It might work briefly if I uninstall it and then reinstall it, but then the problem starts right back up when it says it has to optimize the app. I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago but have not heard back as well. 2
