Mr.Esc 0 Posted July 8 Posted July 8 (edited) I can't get task notifications on my Android. I have already searched the internet for this error, but without success. My Evernote version is 10.92.5 Notifications are enabled for Evernote. All permissions, including Notification are allowed for Evernote. I don't use any notification blocker, such as Rest Mode or Focus Mode. For information, the task was created in the Android application itself. I have already uninstalled and installed the application, also without success. What can I do? Thanks Edited July 9 by Mr.Esc Complement information
davidluescher 0 Posted July 12 Posted July 12 I too have become quite frustrated that push notifications have not worked for quite some time on Android devices. I have been an Evernote user for the last 8 years and love the product, but I have already begun the process of moving everything to Notion. If Evernote could ever figure out and fix this problem, I wouldn't need to make the change, as that is my only real complaint. Unfortunately, it's a pretty big issue for me. I hope someone is working to resolve this very soon.
valbert 0 Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I have the same problem, notifications allowed on my android smartphone but never received. Really deceiving for a task mgt app...
davidluescher 0 Posted August 17 Posted August 17 I found a solution to this issue, that worked for me. If you go into your phone settings -> Apps -> Evernote, then scroll to the bottom "alarms and reminders," was not turned on. I turned it on, restarted my phone, restarted Evernote, and now I'm receiving notifications. I hope this is helpful for others that have been experiencing issues. I can't believe it took me so long to notice this.
