renewal --paid but not working

I have been paying regularly and want to keep the service. However, the system accepts the payment but then keeps blocking access and repeatedly asks for renewal. This is very frustrating."

Would you like any further adjustments or assistance?

In your duplicate post you also mentioned that your renewal was paid via Google.

In that case Google takes responsibility for the payment and renewal. You should raise the issue with them.  HTH

If you paid via Google Play then ask them to resolve the problem. If you paid directly to Evernote at evernote.com then open a support request directly.
