Download and Web Loading Issues - Intel Evo Core i7 - Cant download the app to computer or load the web version

 

Hi Team,

I've had a bunch of issues which is super frustrating. Cant download the desktop app to my computer, keep getting this error message.

 

Then when I go to the Web version it wont load and I get this, I have quit, restated, deleted and re downloaded the app to the computer and still same issue.

Can you help asap, Im struggling to get my work done as all my notes and files are in my account,

Hi.  What's your device,  and what are the Windows and Evernote version numbers?

@gazumped I dont know I cant log into my Evernote account everytime I do it hits that loading icon and does nothing.

Im 6 months new to using the Windows computer Im normally on Apple Mac. I dont know where to find that info on the computer?

Not quite - I wondered whether you might have Windows 10 or 11.  As to Evernote - have you considered uninstalling the version you have now using Revo Uninstaller Free (which removes leftover files that Windows Uninstall doesn't touch) and downloading a new installer from Evernote.com?

@gazumped Your an absolute champion! that software and cleaning the other files has done the trick of the download app to hard drive is now working!!! Very appreciated
