Taking away the little formatting functionality you have is not a good idea

Last week I was BARELY satisfied with the ability to reset heading styles manually within each document. Now I can't even do that.

Does anyone know when this will be fixed? Will it? Taking away this functionality was either a mistake or an accident, but if it isn't going to be fixed and improved, I need a notes app that will let me visually organize my ideas.
