Sorting of Notebooks by Stacks first then followed by single notebooks.

Basically I believe that Stacks are more important than single notebooks so they should be listed before the lower level single notebooks.

Sorting in this manner will provide much faster access to the more important notebooks as opposed to the existing situation.
