Dave Green 261
The web page How Evernote delivers app updates to our customers – Evernote Help & Learning says new web interface (V10) only works for 10K notes or less. I was not aware of this limit (and am closer to a limit than I thought with 9.2K notes.) I assume this page is current, but I have not raised a support issue. Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,059 Posted June 10 Evernote Expert Share Posted June 10 I think that the 10,000 notes thing isn't a limit but a recommendation that was advised when the old design UI for web was available. Now, the v10 UI is ubiquitous so you can expect things will continue to work. If you want a firm assurance then you will have to embark upon the support ticket dance. Sorry. 1 Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,791 Posted June 10 Level 5 Share Posted June 10 Even when the help document says it was updated 2 months ago, this doesn't mean the information is completely accurate or updated. Maybe the intern was just send there to exchange a decorative picture. Initially the latest version of the web client was in fact limited to 10k notes. It had something to do with server performance, if I recall it correctly. Later the old versions of the web client were removed, and the limit lifted. I have more notes in my account, and it opens fine (just tried to be sure). 1 Link to comment
