piz333 2 Posted June 7 Posted June 7 I'm running I signed out of EN today (first time in I don't know how long) and when I try to sign in I get the following sequence: Start EN, get this screen: I log in via my own email, so I click Log In. That displays this in the app: and takes me to this web page: I click Continue with this account and get this web page: I click Open Evernote end up back at the Signing In... page in the app. Nothing happens after that, no matter how long I wait. What's going on here?
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,996 Posted June 7 Level 5 Posted June 7 OK, this is not Android (in which it was posted), it is Windows. EN uses a Chrome(ium)-based framework to drive the app. This can lead to the effect that cached content in a Chrome or Chromium browser (for example Edge) can block the access to the EN app. Follow these steps, most likely it will then work. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/29147324292243-What-to-do-if-you-re-being-logged-out-immediately-from-Evernote-Web

The above comes from the Email you received from Evernote support. If you want to have the support go further be sure to do all this. Note especially the bold faced sentence.
