Ctrl+Home doesn't work on some notes

Hello.

I noticed that Ctrl+Home does not seem to work on some notes when trying to go to the top of the note, but in most notes it does work. Ctrl+End always seems to work to go to the bottom.

This seems similar to a previous report/comment on the below post. As mentioned on this comment, using F2 to rename the note can be an alternative, but this also does not scroll so we have to press down arrow to force scroll to the top of the note, so it's not practical.

Can we have these two issues fixed?
1) Ctrl+Home not working on some notes;
2) F2 not scrolling to top of note / note title.

Hi.  Both work for me - if you're having issues I can only suggest that you contact Support (who are not us) and be prepared to share some activity logs with them to try to evaluate exactly what's happening...

In my experience it wasn't working at all back in April and now it works sometimes. Depends on the note.

Hello, and thanks for the feedback.

I understand that this forum is not Support, but I thought Support members might check the forum, and it might be useful for others users to comment about their experience and know that it's maybe a known issue.

I did submit a Support request with the bug report, so let's see how it goes; I'll update if this is eventually fixed.
