Thumbnails not updating / rendering

When I clip web pages (Safari, Mac, web clipper all latest versions), the results are getting worse and worse, especially regarding formatting and image clipping.

So I always have to modify the clipped pages in Evernote.

Unfortunately it seems purely coincidental whether the modified web clippings are rendered as thumbnails for card view or not.

Some never get rendered, I get text only with a place holder for graphics, some are rendered once after clipping but my modifications are not showing up in the thumbnails.
In the example below the left thumbnail is correct, the middle one contains an image that has been deleted right after clipping. 

Funny thing is, sometimes the web client has the correct thumbnails (left image), and the local client (middle image) doesn't (RTS anyone?).

Is there a way to trigger rendering of an existing note (or a couple of notes for that matter)?

You know this looked a lot like the cache issue that I was having that was causing Untitled attachments temporarily, except with thumbnails... I will say I think the RENT project will help this it's supposed to improve sync for metadata like note titles, created date, and I imagine thumbnails.

Thank you. Any idea when this will be rolled out? Hate to say it but this worked flawlessly for four years since 7.14. 

Now I have random thumbnails showing or not or showing deleted content, no pattern I am aware of. Highly frustrating when you mostly use notes with attachments.

Not sure, I just know it's being worked on. I also saw some flags for it when I was combing through my activity logs.

Update (Sonoma latest, V10.97.3): 

As of today I still have the issue that about 1/3 of my webclips (which make the vast majority of my notes) still don't update their associated thumbnails. 

This affects notes created until March 2024 (Legacy) and later (V10). 

Anyone else?

PS.: With Legacy I never had this issue.
