Make multiword search function more use friendly and relevant

when typing in a phrase such as lines of development (without quote marks), I should be able to see at the top of the search results all notes containing this exact phrase and then those notes that only include a portion of the phrase.  I know I can do this by including quote marks around the phrase but it would be much easier to not need to do this.  When I search in Google or other search engines it is unnecessary to add quote to a phrase in order to get the most relevant results at the top.

This seems more likely to happen if you have the sort order set to relevance. I'm not convinced it is 100% though.

EN search is not Google search. Google search is based on the top secret Google search algorithm, with parameters that Google changes frequently and at random. To know the exact algorithm and how to manipulate it is the wet dream of all these SEO agencies, and what they sell (without knowing) to their paying customers.

So comparing to Google search is pretty pointless,  because even if your are the ONE person who understands it today, you won’t be next week.

EN search has always been a little bit fuzzy, which means they will try to find what you are searching, not what you typed into the search field. Fuzzy search means always walking on a thin line, between too fuzzy and too narrow.

If you want better search results, try with Boolean expressions.
