I have uploaded some receipts that should be no problem to OCR, but they have been in the queue for a week now, and it's still not happening. Just for giggles I uploaded one of them again, and that one was processed, while the older ones are still waiting their turn. I'm not highly confused as to how this system works. Is there anything I can do to get them to be reprocessed? Link to comment
engberg 89 Posted January 16, 2011 Share Posted January 16, 2011 We have a lag of approximately 2 days for processing images from Free accounts. (Images from Premium accounts will be processed within a few minutes.)We've increased our processing hardware by 50% in the last week to catch up on this backlog and return the Free image processing back to where it should be.Thanks for your patience.
