063 - Task list display like Note list or in a completely separate window

Feature Description

• If you click on a notebook or execute any favorite searches, the result list is displayed either as a list above or left from the note editing window. If you click on a note from this list, it is displayed below or right of this list - OK - this is normal behavoir as usual (and known from many other programs like Outlook)

• But:
  • If you open a Task list, it appears right from the left pane and covers the whole side - including the note editor window.
  • If you click on a note (that holds the task), the note is displayed in a note editing window that covers the task list.

Expected behaviour

• A task list should appear like the note list (search result) window
  • It should not cover a note editing window

Or:

• A task list should appear in a new completely separated window
  • ... as a configurable option to "like the noe list

in both cases:

• Whilst clicking on a note, the note should be displayed in a note editing window
  • ... that should not cover the task list window

Workaround

• None - you even cannot open a note from a task window with "open in a new window"

I've mentioned about having the task view open in a new window. Not sure if that would help.

Great idea - because it would not destroy the current note (search result) list!
I've added this as an option to my "Expected behaviour" section...
