Evernote Broken

I am using:

10.87.6-win-ddl-public (20240511152319)
Editor: v178.1.10
Service: v1.105.2

On Windows 11 Home

My Evernote browser version is working correctly, as is the Android version on my Galaxy phone.

But the Windows 11 version of Evernote is almost completely down. I can see my Shortcuts and Recent Notes in the left hand column, but none of them display in the preview screen on the right. When I try to create a new note I just see an hourglass.

When I try to view any of the notes in my Shortcuts & Recent Notes list, I see the following message:

Log out, quit the client.

Use Revo Uninstaller to remove the install from the PC. Restart the computer, install fresh from the EN website.

Open, log in. Let it run for an extended time, it will download content.
