Mike P 3,073 Posted May 6 Posted May 6 I don't think this is new - I seem to recall it being mentioned a long time ago, but unfortunately I can't find the post.
javapa 0 Posted July 7 Posted July 7 I have the same problem. I use note links all the time so it's really hindering my workflow. I'm running version 10.91.4 on Windows. Is there any news on this issue? Thanks in advance. James
Level 5* gazumped 12,224 Posted July 9 Level 5* Posted July 9 Hi. Try updating to the latest version (currently 10.95) - if your issue continues, check this page https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/categories/27869980799123-Technical-issues for links to Support

Tmo 9 Posted December 2 Author Posted December 2 yes I know @gazumped you want me to jump through 1000 hoops just for the app not to be annoying what do you want me to do. I described the problem. Shall I travel to italy? Buy them coffee? What do I need to do to fix this terrible thing?

This is a user forum that is not followed by Evernote. If you want them to be aware of the problem you will need to submit a support ticket as suggested above. 1

Tmo 9 Posted December 3 Author Posted December 3 As expected they emailed me that THEY WILL NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE TICKET UNTIL I DO 1,000,000 things myself

This device is sitting next to you, so they can hardly fix things remotely... 1

Assuming you have the latest version installed and your reproduction steps are still accurate you will need to attach your log files and send them the steps if you haven’t already.
Tmo 9 Posted December 3 Author Posted December 3 why would I do all that instead of THEM trying to reproduce it on their windows machine (and immediately seeings the problem is there) here in this thread many users confirmed it why do I need to jump through unnecessary hoops to report an obvious, easily reproducible bug???
Level 5* s2sailor 2,508 Posted December 3 Level 5* Posted December 3 I’ll mention it again, this is a users forum, Evernote isn’t here. If you want them to know about it you need to tell them and follow the support process. If you don’t provide what they have requested then no further action is taken, but if you rather spend your time complaining about the process, that is up to you.
Tmo 9 Posted December 3 Author Posted December 3 Yes, complaining somehow brings relief, especially, that I am right
