asismartinoar 2 Posted April 29 Posted April 29 Hi guys! I am considering extending my account for another year, but I find that one of the most useful features from Evernote, having the possibility of opening and working multiple notes at the same time, is missing. Is it just me? am I doing something wrong? Just for context: until before the latest update, on the web version, I could easily double click on one of the notes, and that would open the note as a light-box, or floating note. That way I could have several references at the same time, and write on either of them independently. That was very useful for my work, and I used it all the time. Right now when I try to do that it will just open the note on the main page, with no way of detaching it. Could someone confirm if this feature is still available, or has it been removed from the mix? Thanks in advance for your time! Cheers, Asis

Are you talking about the version that runs in a web browser - or a downloaded desktop client? I don't believe you could ever open a note in a pop-up box in the web version, but you can in the Mac or Windows Desktop client (which is what both PinkElephant and Gazumped are saying works for them). 1
asismartinoar 2 Posted April 29 Author Posted April 29 Hi guys! Thanks for your quick responses! You are totally right. I got confused with the tool. Feel embarrassed xD I didn't realise I usually access through the desktop version on my work computer and was trying to use the same feature on my web browser on the personal one. All good. I purchased the yearly subscription to continue using it. Cheers, Asis 1 1
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,994 Posted April 29 Level 5 Posted April 29 In many browsers you can open several tabs with an EN session. Just log into the web client in yet another browser tab. Similar (not equal) to opening several windows with different notes. 1
