Tasks no longer able to be filtered by notebook

I can no longer filter tasks by notebook. It isn't even an option. When I open my tasks and click on the filter icon, I have three toggles (recurring, flagged, completed) and one drop down (due date). Nothing to select notebooks or anything. This is true on windows and on the webapp. I could never filter by notebook on Android (the option is there, but when you click it to select a notebook, none of them load and the app just hangs).

There are a lot of problems with filtering and sorting in Evernote Android. And yes, it seems that they have broken the filter again 😒

Android has always been a problem. It was fine, I found a workaround: once a week, I'd try to use Evernote on Android, give up, and Google alternative apps.

Web and windows has always worked fine, until recently when it seems like they intentionally took away the feature. Is anyone else able to filter by notebook on Web/Windows? It isn't just me, is it?

No definitely not just you. The ability to filter (or sort) the tasks view by notebook has been removed. We know they have plans to revamp the task view so hopefully this is not going to be a long term limitation.

The only way you could do this at the moment would be to filter notes by notebook and whether they contain a task. ie bypass the tasks screen altogether, which is a massive step backwards.
