expanded calendar view

When will we get an expanded calendar view?  Seeing only  one day at a time is not conducive to planning and seeing the big picture.  I would love to be able to set my calendar view and calendar widget on Home to be a weekly view with an option to pop-up to daily or monthly view.

It's shocking that this doesn't exists with as much focus as they've put on the calendar. I see requests going back 2 years about this feature that's common in every other calendar I've seen. Especially now that they are integrating tasks into calendar it's bewildering.

I believe some calendar enhancements are currently being beta tested now.  You may see improvement here sooner than later.

Shocking ... proposed it 2 years before, and they did not implement it until today ... bewildering

Sometimes I ask myself if this forum is mainly there to "prove" how clever some users are. It coincides nicely by the use of drastic prose to describe every day nuisances.
