I have sync problem in my account in different devices, I'm using evernote on web, mobile and computer, but after I created note or notebook it is not showing on other devices which is main expectation from app. By the way I restarted, updated, logged-out and logged-in, waited more then a week, but still is the same. What can I do ?

On which device are you creating the note on?

I tried from different devices, I created notebook and note on mac desktop app, then checked on Web, but did not work, I also deleted note on Web but it did not sync on mac device app.

I'm trying to see if the problem is limited to a specific device.  It seems strange that all would be affected.  From what you describe the Mac desktop app is not syncing correctly, how about from your phone?  Does a note created on your phone show up on the web, likewise, if you create a note on the web, does it show up on your phone?

In general all syncing has to pass through the web client (which is a direct view on the master copy of your data on the server).

Try to systematically check device by device if a note created on a device is transferred to the web client. If not, this device is not syncing "up". Then you need to tackle this: It can be on that device, or the problem can be on the network. If it is a desktop client, you can connect it to a personal hotspot instead of the home wifi. If the syncing only fails on wifi at home, the problem is one the network level. If it fails independent from the network, this device has a problem.

Repeat for all of your devices.

In a second step do the same, but check now if a note synced and visible on the web client does arrive on each device. Where the syncing does not work, you need to drill deeper. Security software and ad blockers are good starting points - disable them one by one until the syncing starts working.

I'm not using evernote on my phone tbh, I'm using on 4 devices, tablet, windows computer, mac computer, and web version. The problem is there is not any pattern. I mean I can create a note on web or device does not matter in every time one of the notes are not synced, tbh I tried on web, the note also did not received by windows and mac device (desktop version)

Actually I tried some of them, I tried 3 different network level, home, cellular, work, tbh all of them same, also before some date, the notebooks are shown very old version of my notebooks. Is there anyway like sync button or something or any command that I can use and see the error at least ?

On mobile sync is in the app settings.

On desktop hold the option key when opening the Help menu. There will be a new option „Troubleshooting“. There you find the commands for Reload and Forced Reload.

Error codes are not shown, but documented in the activity logs.

And contact support.

The web access shows what is actually in your account.  If there are changes or updates shown on any device that is not also on the web means those changes have not been synced into your account.  Something is fundamentally broken.  Be aware, if those apps are deleted and reinstalled you will lose any updates they had.  I would suggest focusing on getting one of your desktop apps, using the suggestions above, working again and in sync with the web and then fix the other devices.  If that doesn’t help, follow up with support and good luck.

This app used to sync immediately and now it never syncs and I am using messenger to share information and notes between devices, Evernote has become a useless piece of software, most definitely making time to move to onenote soon.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Evernote app installed on all your devices. The recent switch to the RENT metadata sync system may require an update. Also, try using just the web version for a while to see if that resolves the sync issues. The web version seems to be the most reliable access point for your actual account data.

Currently experiencing syncing issues on latest iOS version downloaded from App Store. (28 Aug 2024). Both on iPad and iPhone. Not syncing. I have tired reinstalling the app. Not sure what happening. Some backend issue? :(
