Cannot log in on Android device

I am a paid personal user, although the APP is used for business purposes on a daily basis for client jobs. I cannot log in on android device using google or my email. The errors I get are shown in attached images. "Error sign in" is related to email sign in. "Multi error.." is related to google sign in. I have logged out of both google and email on desktop via web based version and desktop APP. I have checked versions are current on desktop and android and restarted android several times. After each sign in failure the elephant symbol simply shows on phone and wont allow another sign in unless the app is quitted.
