Mikle_777 0 Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Hello to everybody, may be you have an idea what's going wrong with my account/device? I use a basic account (Evernote Free) because have only 2 device and all function of basic suits me. On 1st of November 2023 something happened... I can not create more note, app offer me pay for subscription... And informed me that I can not create more than.... 50 notes (and only 1 notepad (((( But follow the rules on evernote.com it should be 100.000 notes and 250 notepads. At web-client on desktop working without any issues, but App has that problem....Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, Android 13.TP1A.220624-14
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,996 Posted November 6, 2023 Level 5 Posted November 6, 2023 We have no official communication yet, so it seems there is a market test (?) done on a part of the Free accounts. It is probably meant to check what will happen when the Free plan is revised. The new rules will probably be 1 notebook and 50 notes for a test drive. And then you need to decide to subscribe, or leave. Because there will be no meaningful further use take place once you hit the 50 notes. Since Free users have no legal contract with the company, basically EN can change the rules of the Free plan any time. We have not had any reports that a Free account that once got converted to the new rules was ever reverted to the old setup. But you can try to reach support, using the ticket type account. Support is pretty busy at the moment, reaction times reported are at 10 days wait, and beyond. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
