The 2FA by SMS has been removed and replaced by 2FA by authenticator.

If the codes don't work for you, make sure you try to enter the correct account. If you have a typo in the user name, it is very easy to create a new account instead of opening the correct one.

If your access data is correct, and the account still not opening, you need to contact support to get access back.


Unfortunately support is very busy at the moment, with reaction times of several days.
