I can find my notes in a search but then cannot open them. Both on desktop and in app

I haven't used Evernote in a long time. I have a paid Personal account and can find my note on a search and see a preview, but cannot get the note to open or see the full contents.

Hi, and welcome to the forums. I sometimes tap on a note and it doesn't open; when I go back to the note list or whatever and tap again it opens. Annoying if it happens very often, but this does work for me.

Hi, I have the exact issue. I cannot open my existing notes or create a new note. It shows me endless 'thinking'. I can see a preview of my existing notes but when I want to open it doesn't do anything. I tried going out and coming back into it and stil does the same thing. 

Please help me as soon as possible. 

Any advice is appreciated.
