(Archived) How do you move files between existing notes

Hi

I know this has been mentioned briefly in some other forums but I'm still none the wiser if there is the ability to move files (e.g. PDF's) between notes.

I have emailed a PDF into Evernote but need to combine it into an existing note. Is there any simple way of doing this other than by saving on my laptop and then attaching. For example I would love to be able to drag and drop on my Ipad as this is the platform I use Evernote the majority of the time.

Apologies if this has been done to death but I have looked !!

Merge the notes?

Exactly - but how do I do this! I can't find anything on the menu unless I'm going blind!

Assuming Windows, in whatever view, CTL click the notes in the sequence you want to merge them, right click and select Merge Notes. You end up with a merged note and the individual notes are moved to trash.
